A 3 bedroom specialist therapeutic placement in the heart of the community. Brookdale is a new build property in the borough of Knowsley, a neighbouring borough to Liverpool in the North West. Brookdale with provide care for upto two young people and is currently going through the Ofsted registration process. Work is ongoing to ensure this service provides the same high level therapeutic care that our others home provide.

We anticipate registration will be complete Q2 2026
